Ha Giang Karst Plateau - The Himalayan mountain range of Vietnam

Located in the North of Ha Giang province, Dong Van karst plateau is quite large when cover over four districts of Ha Giang province with total area of 2.350 square kilometers at an average height of 1.400 - 1.600 meters.

You can reach Ha Giang by bus or motorbike just along 4C Highway districts. Dong Van karst plateau has 80% limestone, is one of the most distinctive karst in Vietnam with black and majestic boulders. The journey to the rocky plateau become much more exciting with a number of beautiful limestones and winding roads. Visitors can enjoy the beauty when standing on the Can Ty Pass in Dong Van karst plateau.

People here build up their houses by picking up stone and work very hard to have enough goods for their life, carving stone to grow corn and renovating the mountainside into a vast of rice. The fair of the H’mong, Dao, Lo Lo…in the every morning is a highlight point here because tourists can enjoy both the beauty of  the huge natural boulders but the real living life of the ethnic minorities with colorful costumes.
